RE: Article: "The Central Bank allows cash withdrawals from points of sale and determines the commission" LINK

Rich4hyip » June 14th, 2018

so when Cbi refering withdraw money from ATM machines, they are talking about the new ones, right?because they stated all cards, visa, mastercard can do it, the old machines cannot handle it. Could they possibly saying using the new machine but deliberetely stated program rate in the text of the article, because two million is a lot of notes for new currency, and by the way why are they saying pos, but not ATM ?

Frank26 » June 14th, 2018

SMILE .... IMO ......... NEW MC'S AND VISA'S ............. FOR NEW ATMS............. SMILE.

Kloebe » June 14th, 2018

Is it also possible that the POS they refer to could be compared to getting cash back on a purchase we make at the grocery store? Wouldn’t the LDs be needed for that too?

Boxman » June 14th, 2018

I hope the POS, stands for point of sale and NOT what i used to call my old worthless car...lol..

Venus2two » June 14th, 2018

To me what this article is saying is that they can now use their cards to withdraw money from any electronic point. Example, if I go to another ATM that is not my branch machine, they charge me a fee, but if I use my own branch machine there is no fee and my daily limit for withdrawal is the same. Walmart charge you if you want cash back and must be reflected on your receipt and you pay a fee for that convenience and your bank charge you also. In any case this is a very good article.

Salamon69 » June 14th, 2018

To me it seems deliberate that they put in the article that limit is 2 million dinar's that they could withdraw at any one time from these ATM's primarily because they have not yet announced to the world that they are dropping the 3 zeros. This must be a precursor escorting the 2nd article to be REVEALED. Kind of slowly rolling out the change to the world.

So when they say 2 million dinars that that is equivalent right now to $1,700 approx. at the current exchange rate. So it would seem that they need to put up the new rate ASAP so there is no confusion.
