"One Simple Way To Pay Funding Teams Staff" by Dezerro - 7.7.17

1) Base Salary weekly to pay basic bills.

2) Each staff member gets a set percent of total Valid & Verified Benevolent Funding for the week or period.

Do it weekly, every 2 weeks, or monthly.

Earlier fundings which mess up, get clawed back, or whatever (turn out to not be valid for some reason) get deducted from current week, or period, total, thus reducing everyone's percentage.

This creates pressure to help make sure each funding is valid.

This will keep them all On It.

Will keep them pushing and supporting each other and the overall team goals.

Trouble causing members get their percent cut by appropriate amount as penalty - if they keep screwing up, adios.

Any percent can be adjusted at any time by Execs over time.

Jobs requiring more responsibility probably should get larger percent - the Executive Director should get more than the coffee pot washer, as he or she is far more valuable to the funding team.

Funding projects taking a long time -- partial payments, estimated, could be made toward eventual totals.

Just plug the whole pay thing into Division 3, Treasury, of the Organizing Board.

Something like that.
