Hi D.C. again.

My team will not be judge on what they do. They will be paid for what they do.

Does the pin that holds your breaking pads are as important as your breaks themselves ?? Hell ya.

Loose that pin... it's bye bye breaks.

Does any element of a watch is less valuable they any other ?? Hell No.

Base salaries in my place will be the same.

You want more, the trick is... showing your implication, your drive, your soul...

I want to see initiative, caring for others, leaders that can take over the enterprise. I can't be every where, I'm going to get burned out.

Titles are shit to me. Sorry for my language.

In my career, I saw VP's that never had 1 paper on there desk. Looking at the window, dreaming, thinking of the direction the IT department should take. Only to notice that the budget of the department went from 3 millions to 20 millions making thing a lot more complicated. Those VP's has a deal. If any is left in the envelop at the end of the year, they get a percentage.

Does this mean good management or holding back to get there cut ??

Of course, he got fired.

You have to find the right people, with a different direction on the criteria you wish for.

I plan on giving a recruiting agency a questioner of my own. I'm not even sure if they will grasp it.

Maybe it's better if they don't (Less bias)

My hiring process will be nothing like you ever seen so far.

How many interview or job offering ever put forward your heart aspects, what makes you thrive when being faced with no restrictions.

People, at first, will have trouble identifying with the need... and that's good. I want people, not robots, I can buy robots that jumps when I say jump.

I looking at after a years or so, to bring working hour to 28 hours a week, them, with time to 21 hours a week... and 0 pay cuts.

If they are getting 80K a year... so be it. for 3 days of work. You think they will go somewhere else ??

Understand that there will be review since most of them will be working on projects.

The ones that have an employee status will get a shot at owning a part of the company.

I plan on not getting abused and also, having sets of rules. If people can manage that, I'm happy.

The person that is cleaning up the toilet so you can go are as important as my VP.

My VP would not use those same toilet if they are not "presentable" and hey, everybody has to go... right.

I like a clean washroom and believe me, I've done it, it's not a pleasant job all year round.

What if I asked my VP to clean the toilet while earning 150K a year. would he do it ??

If he does, well, keep Him/Her, he is special. lol

If you are on my team, you are valuable to me... unless you don't do your job.

I value the work, not the title.
