IMO...the people of Iraq, like Frank has said in the past, are a people with pride and a strong determination...they will build on this disaster and become even stronger and better for it!! Do not get discouraged about this...be excited for the people of Iraq...for they know this is the end of an era and the beginning of a NEW IRAQ!!

This My Friends is all I need to see.. Sanctions are bye bye. Put this along side the UNSC document three weeks back. Then look where we are today and what time it is.. Oh-Abadi!! There is a CBI Doc that states there is going to be an announcement on the 22nd..

I am a kid in a cookie store with Frank26 lol.. I am just watching how this is finalizing live and in living color for us.

What is in the doc too, tells us there is going to be an action in regard to Money changers and Financial institutions in regard to deposit on the 25th. If your skin is in crawling lately you may never get it.. lol ~ MM

His office: Abadi will discuss the closure of "the invasion of Kuwait" files with the emir, an international conference for the reconstruction of Iraq

Revealed the Office of the Prime Minister, Haider al - Abadi, on Wednesday, for files that Abadi will be discussed with the Emir of Kuwait Sabah Al - Ahmad Al - Sabah and officials there, during his visit, pointing out that among what will be discussed is the closure of the files that have resulted for the invasion of the former regime of Kuwait.

A spokesman for al - Abadi Office, Saad Sabri, in a statement, "Tomorrow 's Press" received a copy of it, "Prime Minister Haider al - Abadi begins today, an official visit to the State of Kuwait , accompanied by a senior government delegation comprising foreign ministers, interior, planning, working and Agriculture and Secretary General of the Council of Ministers and a number of other officials , "pointing out " and meet Abadi , and his accompanying delegation , Emir of Kuwait , Sabah Al - Ahmad Al- Sabah and Kuwaiti Prime Minister and senior officials of the Kuwaiti government."

He added, "This visit comes within the framework of Iraq 's desire to strengthen relations with Kuwait and the development prospects of joint cooperation between the two countries for the benefit of the two brotherly peoples."

He said Sabri, "will be research in issues of common concern, and to close the rest of the files that resulted from Saddam 's invasion of Kuwait regime, and will address the talks to strengthen relations between the Republic of Iraq and the State of Kuwait in the fields of economy, investment, energy and transport."

He noted that " the meetings that will bring together Iraqi delegation with the Kuwaiti side, will also include research in the role played by Kuwait in supporting the direction of Iraq for an international conference to support the Iraqi government 's efforts in the reconstruction and rehabilitation and to achieve stability in the liberated areas , which is to be held in Kuwait City in the coming period. "

He left the Prime Minister Haider al - Abadi, on Wednesday, the Iranian capital Tehran on his way to Kuwait on an official visit after he concluded his visit to Iran. LINK

Just catching up on todays posts...this to me shouts out that Iraq, will be fully free of sanctions...i remember the times when Kuwait was the huge stumbling block to Iraqs financial freedom...seems times have changed IMHO
