"Using the Segment Plan to Distribute Wealth" by Fireswan - 5.27.17

Entry Submitted by Fireswan at 2:38 AM EDT on May 27, 2017

Before us is a beautiful template of how to distribute our wealth while we remain invisible.

I plan to create segments to roll out my projects. If anyone starts to inquire about where the money came from, I can respond as just another gardener with a farmers tan and dirt under my fingernails. I can surmise that there must be an "angel investor" or a community fundraiser that made the project possible. Through the word of mouth process, no one knows exactly where the money is coming from so nobody would suspect that I'm involved other than as a fellow gardener.

Perhaps this approach will be easier to do with my projects (Botanic gardens, ecosystem conservation, monarch butterfly and pollinator restoration... restoring "the rights" of plants, insects and minerals to express themselves).

Using the segment model, I can set up anonymous sourcing networks to pass money to plant experts and plant lovers everywhere. Not sexy because the plants are the beneficiaries, humans are the intermediaries/caretakers/lovers. Invisibility is relatively easy when there's nothing that can be "all about me" with gardening/horticulture - instead, it's all about the plants/neighborhoods/communities/ecosystems.

I'm guessing that this model will work for any project that has the humanitarian objective as "the star of the show". We get ourselves out of the way and our identity is protected by the segments taking ownership of the distribution to hydrate the project participants. Accountability can be built in by monitoring results. Segments that are effective will be further hydrated. Because I plan to distribute plants, rocks, buy land, pay gardeners and landscapers, the "currency" isn't necessarily money and is more likely to end up where intended.
