You know I was excited to watch the video of the flags being raised... it means we are closer to our dreams. BUT then as I watched the video again this morning the feeling of humility poured over me. Can you imagine being an Iraqi citizen being able to raise the flags after all the H&LL they have been through?! So happy for THEM!

Trump signed on 3 decrees related to tax reforms

signed by President Bush, Donald Trump, on Saturday, 3 presidential decrees related to tax reforms and the financial system.

This came at a ceremony, held at the headquarters of the US Treasury Department, which asked Trump Treasury Secretary Steve Manoucan, to submit a report in this regard within a period not exceeding 150 days.

Trump said, " The goal of the first decree is to simplify the tax system of the country." Noting that "his people were facing obstacles in the recovery of his taxes paid."

He added that he "will be presented on the steps that would reduce the complex procedures in the area of taxation, as well as reducing tax rates on businesses and the middle class of people."

He noted US President, that the second decree, allowing the consideration of the financial system in the context of the reform of the law "Dowd Frank", which is a binding law to achieve economic stability after the financial crisis in 2007, (and signed by former President Barack Obama in 2010).

Imposed reforms "Dowd - Frank" bank applied after the 2007-2008 financial crisis, US banks that the value of its assets exceed $ 50 billion, a number of procedures to be followed in the case of bankruptcy so as not to cause economic instability.

Trump pointed out that " the law (Frank Dowd) is an obstacle to US companies, and will seek to improve the management of the economic situation in the country , " he stressed " the need to lend to small companies more."

Trump has vowed to "up the burdens caused by the tax system, through the third decree , " stressing " the importance for financial stability."

Greece Check the first budget surplus in 21 years

Greece achieved a surplus initial public budget by 3.9% of GDP -

Direct: Greece achieved its first total surplus of the general budget of the state for 21 years during 2016, surpassing the target of international creditors.

It showed data from the Greek Statistics Authority, on Friday, it posted a preliminary budget surplus by 3.9% of GDP last year, compared to a deficit by 2.3% in the previous year.

The initial budget surplus is, which excludes debt payments (premiums and debt interest).
The data revealed that the total deficit of the general budget in Greece, which includes debt payments, recorded a 0.7% of GDP last year, compared to a deficit stood at 5.9% in 2015.

Greece agreed earlier this month to take new reform measures allow to receive part of the agreed rescue package with creditors.
