"Human Resources Strategies" by C. Suzanne - 4.13.17

Last night The Real Truth Call was about many topics but one particularly was..............Recruiting Staff..........of which I have many decades of experience as I explained on the call. I had no intentions of changing anything on the call but to give another idea of how to approach this subject.

When owning a corporation and having employees, unless one has a Human Resource background it is very important to know how to handle this realm of the corporation/foundation. Even having a background in Human Resources, it is highly recommended to approach this in the way that best suits your needs as well as the employees.

Outsourcing this entity gives one a great vehicle to use. Reason being we are going into servicing the World, therefore, that needs to be the focus of our purpose/passion that we should continue to grow each and every day which needs our complete attention.

Yes, there will be many many different ways to approach the HR subject but even though "outsourcing" is a term we have known for a while in the business community it can be customized in a way that best suits our model of business............

Trying to be the best in both employment as well as servicing is going in the wrong direction. It is like being a "jack of all trades and master of none". It will be our goal to not only have the best model of service, the best and most passionate employees, but the best results in all entities of our corporation/foundation. How we approach each segment of our corporation/foundation will be our success.

Bottom line on the subject of recruiting staff...............

Staffing services are awesome when we know how to customize with them our idea of what we want in an employee. They can advertise, recruit, screen and give us people we feel is right for us. Do not accept if it is their idea and not yours. Do not accept if you do not have the right person/persons each and every time there is a need. If you took this job on, you would be spending your time on doing this job and not doing what we all want to do in Healing The World. Even if you have an "in house" Human Resource Department you are still being a part of the facet as well as having the responsibility.

Staffing services have a policy whereby you can have that person work for you for a period of time..............2 months or longer ........so you can determine if they truly fit your model without any recourse. With an "in house" model, you cannot do that without firing the individual and possibly have unemployment ramifications.

Human Resource outsourcing is the best option of the 2 models. There are PEO (Professional Employer Organizations) that share the liability of each employee while giving you the best Human Resource information needed by Law. They do your payroll and everything associated with that entity. They give you the best insurance whether it is Workers Comp., Health, Dental, etc. and you do not have to deal with yet another aspect of having employees that takes time away from Healing The World. And, some PEO's, like myself, also recruit and do what Staffing Companies do. One stop shopping !!

There will be "Family Offices" that we will need that could have this same model. Your bank/wealth manager could also have an answer to HR that would take the ownership/accountability/regulations away from Servicing And Healing The World.

Everyone, please give these entities/suggestions some of your time to research to customize and see how it could benefit you. If it does not suit your model then let it go.

Like Yosef, I have a strong mind and a firm hand but a good, caring, honest heart. However, I realized the hard way that my passion for my business along with my perfection and control that no one could do it better than myself and five years after I formed my first corporation I ended up with breast cancer. And, 3 other bouts of cancer since then. I FINALLY learned how to let God control my path and realized being smart versus control.

Yosef. You have a gift and if you use it the right way going forward you will be successful as you also know you have God at your side. I can relate to the fact that you feel there is no one that can be smarter than you.....and if they don't believe it, ask us and we will tell you so !!!

This is so evident and if I can give you a point about surrounding yourself (your key people/management team) with people who are as smart as you and in some positions even smarter, you will truly have a great corporation and a better experience. Having young people is awesome but we have to realize that controlling/mentoring young people versus having hard core experience is better in many situations.

You came out of your corner last night swinging your sword. I was muted so I could not answer your remarks. Years ago I would have sparred with you toe to toe and you would have lost. I have been a Christian longer than you are old and yes, my passion is very very high in service. However, my last 3 years has been about learning to walk away when there is drama, and confrontation. I do/did not cause drama and/or confrontation but you better believe I could handle it...........but in a way that God would not have been proud.

Now I can sit here and type a post and not have any anger with how you handled the situation last night...........only the compassion that you will also be able one day to do the right thing. You can type a post "Go With Flow" and then type a post "Bare Ass Naked" in the same day and the negative overshadows the positive. You have too much positive to continue to allow the negative.

I have never ever posted on a site. I have never called in on a CC but a coupl of times.........listening and absorbing in this journey before implementing. I have listened to and read 14 months of Yosef's intel and have been impressed with the knowledge and passion for God and his Mission. I would have loved to have had 14 minutes last night to have at least exposed everyone to this paradigm for them to decide. My litmus test is so high it would give one a "nose bleed"..........I know when someone merits my attention and until your post a few months back on who you were disappointed me very much. You have managed to give a few more posts/comments that take away from your awesome being since then. We know about Trump.........let it go in a way that it is not negative to you. Ever heard that you can tell someone to go to H _ _ _ and they thank you for it? It is called.....FINESSE and thoughts before you speak !! GOD approves of that path. It takes a lot of strength, and I know it, but it is worth the try.
