"The Fear about NDAs: Best Option?" by Sugarbear - 4.29.17

"The Fear about NDA's" by Judge Dale - 4.28.17

Perhaps, the best option is to negotiate the highest rate that you can with no intention of signing an NDA. If a bank won't budge on the NDA for higher rates, they are the ones who are leaving money on the table. Let's face it. 99.99% of currency holders (or more specifically ZIM holders) will be PLENTY happy with what they get so how much are these NDAs worth to the banks? Do they want us to help them get more money into their banks, or not? It's their choice.

I suggest that the banks just provide guidelines about what we and they should [NOT must] do to protect our mutual interests. However, in no way can they or we interpret these guidelines as legally binding. It is not an agreement. It is informational only -- tell me what you would like us to do to protect our mutual interests. If it makes sense, I might follow the guidelines, but I assume no legal obligation to adhere to them. After all, they are guidelines -- optional. Nevertheless, following the guidelines might be in my best interests. If they are, my intention is to follow them, but no legal guarantees.
