"Let God Judge: Regarding OWK and Yosef" by AnonyMoose - 4.26.17

Entry Submitted by AnonyMoose at 5:29 PM EDT on April 26, 2017

I have noticed a lot of people calling out OWK and Yosef, and telling them their wrong. I am not on anyones "side" except God's, but if you were to ask me what I think about these two, I would say I don't believe in much of what they say. That being said it is not my, or anyone else's for that matter, place to judge. I like this verse in Acts because it applies perfectly to our situation. The appostles were testifying in front of the Sanheidren and some Pharisees were very angry and probably wanted to kill them.

"But a Pharisee named Gamaliel, a teacher of the law, who was honored by all the people, stood up in the Sanhedrin and ordered that the men be put outside for a little while. Then he addressed the Sanhedrin: “Men of Israel, consider carefully what you intend to do to these men. Some time ago Theudas appeared, claiming to be somebody, and about four hundred men rallied to him. He was killed, all his followers were dispersed, and it all came to nothing. After him, Judas the Galilean appeared in the days of the census and led a band of people in revolt. He too was killed, and all his followers were scattered. Therefore, in the present case I advise you: Leave these men alone! Let them go! For if their purpose or activity is of human origin, it will fail. But if it is from God, you will not be able to stop these men; you will only find yourselves fighting against God.”
Acts 5:34‭-‬39 NIV

Gamaliel was very wise. He knew that God ultimaly jugdes everyone's heart. So take his advice, it is not our job to judge others. If OWK and Yosef are indeed lead by God, there is no use criticizing them. If not, then God will take care of them and they will fail. Let God do the heavy lifting. Pray for His will to be done and trust in him.
