After every Zim has crumbled, every Dinar turned to mold,
And the holders of Earth's riches have no further use for gold,
Then shall Pono be established with exquisite, pure Shalom,
When we children rest in solace that we're safely gathered home.
There will linger no contention. Strident egos will be mute.
Blogger feuds and disagreeing angry rants will not confute.
Then, uncondemned but humbled shall our hearts throb deep as one
As we gaze into the ancient eyes of God's eternal Son.
Then we'll crave no guru intel. Then we'll seek no higher light.
Mortal prophets, earthly secrets, worldly knowledge will wax trite.
Even acts of benefaction--sacrifices for the poor--
Will enter obsolescence if not selfless to the core.
Faith dissolves when sight engages. Hope defers to perfect life.
Like a rich but lonely bachelor when he meets his future wife;
Like a mother's surging wonder at her newborn infant's cry;
We will find what once intrigued us, now we spurn...discount...pass by.
As the veil slides from our vision and esprit transmutes our flesh
We shall find ourselves all waking in a rough Judean crèche.
Born again...truly ascended...after bearing long our cross;
We who'd died, now resurrected, bear no sorrow at our loss.
Everything amassed and fought for, all our clamor for esteem,
We'll have jettisoned in favor of a far surpassing dream
That shall render vulgar riches but a child's fad at best,
For the brotherhood we've entered will reveal how much we're blessed.
Bumbling hands now pulse with healing. Wounding tongues now flow with grace.
And the man we'd deemed so evil seems to wear an angel's face.
There's the woman who deceived us, clothed with dignity and truth.
Men engaged in humble service had been crooks and thieves uncouth.
"What has happened?" we may wonder. "Whence this shifted paradigm?
"Why are those folks not imprisoned far beyond the end of time?
"We were called to be the 'chosen'. We thought we would save our race!"
Then a Voice in Aramaic breathes. "I saved them by my grace."
"But they said..." We blurt in protest. "Who are they?" the Voice replies,
"Yosef, Bruce, Germain, and Fulford, Steve Pieczenik...all those guys!
Mountain Goat, the Hollow Earthers, Justice Anna and the rest,
Even seers who channel aliens told us how we'd been oppressed."
"Yes you were," the Voice now chuckles. "Very much oppressed indeed,
"And I looked down in compassion to behold your hopeless need...
"Saw you could not pull your siblings from the quicksand's miry fate,
"For you who would save your planet, couldn't quote a date or rate."
"Those you deemed to be oppressors were oppressed and trapped like you!
"Greed and fear and lust and envy was the mud that clung like glue,
"Drawing all mankind down deeper into ruin, death and woe.
"And were it up to the 'chosen', it would never have let go."
"So I drained the swamp and saved you. I forgave you all en masse.
"You may kick and squirm and protest that I spared a certain class,
"But I made you all and bought you. By my character I vow,
"You will come to trust my goodness. One day every knee shall bow."
"Not at sword point will you kneel, and not by force you'll call me Lord.
"But you'll do it when you fathom with what love you are adored.
"You're my masterpiece, my opus...very image of myself,
"And there's not a single one of you I'll leave upon the shelf."
"Some will need some polishing. Lost parts I'll reattach.
"And others must be melted down and built again from scratch.
"But when I'm done, I'll wipe all tears and reconcile all wrongs
"In a way you can't conceive that needs no Dinars, Zims nor Dongs."
