Dear One Who Believes...
One point that I do not believe has ever been made clear is - are the Zim zeros left in place and the notes exchanged at face value regardless of whether we redeem at the International level or at a Humanitarian level?
Or are the zeros left intact only for the super-high Humanitarian rates?
If zeros will be removed for the lower rates (International, Market, Street, etc.) what do you believe the lop scenario will be? 6-3-0 as we've been hearing?
Obviously, if zeros are left intact in all cases, one would not need to worry about successfully pitching a project for the super-high rates, as even a rate of $1.00 with zeros intact would be enough for just about any project imaginable.
