"What Difference Does it Make?" - Guest Post by Midwestman

I guess that some Dinarians really haven't studied this. We will exchange our ZIM when the Bank of International Settlements states that Iraq is working with a freely usable currency. The ZIM (ZWR) is in the first basket and will enter the exchange protocol the same day that the Iraqi Dinar does.

The Chinese are driving this bus - they have the gold, the system (CIPS) and the financial infrastructure (AIIB) to manifest this RV. There is absolutely no point in even thinking about the ZIM until Iraq has a) drawn the old Dinar (IQN) off the streets, b) allowed the exchange rate to float to a 1:1 ratio. 1 USD : 1 IQD, c) issued lower denomination bills and coins (eliminating the three zeros [pssst! That's in the works too!] d) cleared Mosul and the rest of Iraq of Daesh (ISIS/ISIL), e) passed some very important laws in the name of security and stability and f) restored the confidence of Iraqi citizens that an open economy is better than one that is completely based on oil. Believe me, the Government of Iraq, the World Bank, the United Nations, the International Monetary Fund, the Central Bank of Iraq and the United States Treasury and our beloved Armed Forces are working with each other to get the Dinar revalued.

Please read and study this, it's the only way anyone can honestly make sense of this roller-coaster/merry-go-round.
