Q for Veritas: ZIM Zeros Released?" - Anonymous Guest Post

Entry Submitted Anonymously at 2:42 PM EST on November 21, 2016

Dear Veritas,

I hope you are doing well.

READY AND EAGER TO GET GOING.

I just read an Intel update from another Intel provider, AdminBill. Please see below the link to the post.

http://inteldinarchronicles.blogspot.com.au/2016/11/non-information-day-wsomn-adminbill.html

In particular, I refer to the following statement from AdminBill, " I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT A FORMAL AGREEMENT THAT RELEASES ZEROS FROM THE ZIM WAS SIGNED ON MONDAY"

Do you know 100% that a formal agreement has been signed off, concerning the zeros on the ZIM?

If so, could you give us more details regarding the contents of this agreement and what it means for holders of the ZIM?

If not, do you have a comment regarding this specific piece of Intel?

Alternatively, is it possible that you could investigate this further, using your Intel contacts, to confirm or rebut AdminBill's Intel?

THIS IS AN INTERESTING ONE. I BELIEVE THAT IT IS REFERRING TO THE RATE CALCULATION METHOD THAT HAS BEEN AGREED UPON. YOU SEE, THEY WILL NOT BE DELETING THE SIX ZEROES ON THE ZIM FOR THE PRIVATE NEGOTIATED RATE. HOWEVER, THEY WILL BE UTILIZING THAT RATE IN THE CALCULATION OF THE BASE RATE. THERE HAS BEEN AGREEMENT ON TAKING THE DECIMAL BACK SIX PLACES ON THE BASE RATE FROM THE PRIVATE RATE. TO MY KNOWLEDGE THEY ARE NOT TRUNCATING THE ZEROES FROM THE UPPER END. DOES THAT MAKE SENSE?

Thanks in advance

Yours

"Q for Veritas: Redeeming" - Guest Post by Tee

Entry Submitted by Tee at 12:48 PM EST on November 21, 2016

Hello, this is my first time posting. I have a question for "V" for clarification.

Q: Will we have the opportunity to redeem a single 100T ZIM note or do we need more than one note to call the 800# for redemption?

HELLO AND WELCOME TO THE COMMUNITY. YES, YOU CAN CERTAINLY REDEEM A SINGLE NOTE. THEY WANT ALL ZIM 100TS.

Q: Do ZIM notes less than 100T have value? If so, is the value calculated the same or less?

CERTAINLY THEY HAVE VALUE. I BELIEVE IT IS THE SAME. THE QUESTION IS WHEN YOU CAN EXCHANGE THEM. THERE HAS BEEN SOME DISCUSSION ABOUT NOT TAKING ANYTHING BUT THE 100T NOTES AT THE EXCHANGE AND FORCING THE LOWER DENOMINATIONS UNDER THE PUBLIC USE OF FOREX. IF YOU HAVE 100T NOTES, I BELIEVE THEY MAY TAKE THE ALL AS A BUNDLE AT THE EXCHANGE.

Q: Is there a difference in redemption value as it relates to the 2008 AA circulated and uncirculated ZIM notes?

I WAS TOLD TO PURCHASE DONDONDONDONDON

Thank you in advance for taking the time to review my post.

"No Jubilee, No RV/GCR?" - Guest Post by Matt T

Entry Submitted by Matt T at 10:29 AM EST on November 21, 2016

Nov 20 was supposed to be the jubilee - or else.

Since we still have our debts today Nov 21, I assume the "or else" took affect.

Also, since no RV/GCR this past weekend or today (so far), the Cabal must still be influencing events.

Matt T

HI, MATT. THIS IS A GREAT CONCEPT TO DISCUSS. OFTEN WHAT HAPPENS IS SOMETHING DOES TAKE PLACE BUT IT IS NOT PUBLICIZED. IT MAY EVEN BE KEPT PRIVATE AND NOT ANNOUNCED PUBLICLY. THIS WHOLE EXPERIENCE HAS SHOWN THAT MANY THINGS CAN HAPPEN THAT "COUNT" BUT WE DON'T KNOW. I SUGGEST YOU ASSUME THE POSITIVE. IT HELPS ME SLEEP AT NIGHT. IT KEEPS ME POSITIVE. AND IT IS USUALLY RIGHT. IN THIS CASE, EVERYTHING DID HAPPEN AND WAS TRIGGERED AT THE RIGHT TIME. ISN'T THAT JUST GREAT?

"ZIM Base Rate and More" - Guest Post by Bob T

Entry Submitted by Bob T at 10:03 AM EST on November 21, 2016

Thanks Veritas for your initial answer on this subject.

Veritas, your thoughts on the following analysis!

I JUST COULDN'T HAVE SAID IT BETTER. THIS IS SO GOOD I AM PUTTING IT IN AGAIN. JUST PRINT OUT AND TAKE WITH YOU. EXCELLENT WORK.

In order to make an intelligent decision on whether to take the base rate as all cash and no NDA verses taking the structured payout with limited NDA with no claw back, here is maybe a more realistic analysis approach.

1. We would have to carefully read the limited NDA to make sure it has limited provisions and no claw back.

2. We would have to ask how many years the structured payout would run.

3. We would ask to be shown the base rate on the bank screen.

4. We would ask what is the highest rate that can be offered if we agree to a structured payout with a limited NDA

OK lets make some assumptions using hypothetical ZIM rates and do the mathematics:

a) Assume the bank screen base rate is $1

b) Assume that we can ask and get $10 for the structured rate. Here I am assuming that we would get a reasonable increase over the base rate for the structured rate, if they expect us to sign a limited NDA. There has to be a win-win here as we are not stupid.

c) Lets assume that the structured payout period is 5 years seniors (maybe longer for younger folks).

d) Assume a 20%/80% personal/projects split

e) Assume we have one 100T ZIM note

Here are our options from a mathematical viewpoint ---

Option #1. Take the base rate all cash no NDA

100T x $1 = 100T personal cash, no bank limitations and personal privacy

Option #2. Take the $10 rate and structured payout over 5 years.

100T x $10 = 1000T total

Personal cash 20% x 1000T = 200T

Project funds 80% x 1000T = 800T

Five year payout 800T/5 yrs = 160T per year for project funding.

So if these assumptions are anywhere near reality then what is the best option. To me it would appear that the choice would be decided by how much project funding a person wants to handle and live with the NDA.

As a side note, as has been said many times, even if we take the all cash base rate option, for our own protection we would be advised to do our work anonymously just like if we signed an NDA.

WHAT A JEWEL OF A STATEMENT.

WE ARE JUST ABOUT OUT OF TIME FOR QUESTIONS AS EVERYTHING IS GOING FORWARD NOW. I'LL ANSWER UP TO THE LAST MINUTE, BUT GET THEM IN QUICKLY.
