IMO its not necessary to make everyone a millionaire. In the story of the Good Samaritan.....he rescued the man and dressed his wounds and provided or paid for him a place to stay while he got better. Jesus said we are to go and do likewise.
In our day and time, a lot of people are beaten down by the financial institutions with high interests rates, fees and the way all loans are amortized to where you pay mostly interest instead of principal for several years.
One way of helping people would be to pay off their loans from the bank and let them pay you with a simple interest loan say at 1% or 0% interest. this would reduce their monthly payment by several hundred dollars a month.
Most people just need a hand up not a hand out. And a lot of peoples pride wont let them take too much of a handout from their neighbor, like they would from the government.
Another thing to mention...I could go around buying everyone a $50k car or truck...after the RV. But most would have trouble paying the insurance and taxes on such a costly vehicle, so I wouldn't be doing them a real service necessarily. But a nice vehicle in the 5 to 10k range would probably be doable for most folks.
Giving people hope is what we need to do. With a lot of folks, an extra 3 or 4 hundred dollars a month would let them breathe and they would be elated.
