I'm a bit new to the RV and redemption thing, but I have acquired some ZIM and have been following along with the daily updates and learn about a deeper darker world. Thank you to everyone for all your efforts!!
Reading the posts on the NDA documents, I had some thoughts on signing NDA's if your being forced too, in order to invalidate the NDA by invalidating your signature as given unwillingly.
Remembering back to some research into Sovereign Citizenship, I learned a little trick about signatures and how to sign but invalidate your signature by adding B.T.O.D. or "By Threat of Duress", which signifies your signature was not given willing due to a threat to you that put you in fear of duress; including financial duress in that moneys need to, say feed yourself, are being kept from you unlawfully, unless you unwillingly sign a document.
The premise of this is that your legal signature cannot be compelled from you, it must be given willingly by your Sovereign consent. If your forced, by threat of physical or financial harm, to give your signature without consent, then the signature, and the document instrument it is applied to is null and void.
But you must first ask; "What happens if I don't sign this document?" Which usually results in some form of threat to keep or take something from you, or in the case of speeding ticket, threat of incarceration for lack of signature. You should also make a note of the exact statement made and sign and date that note and keep with your paperwork as on the spot evidence of why you felt threatened!
I've used this both on a speeding ticket, (careful, a smart cop who knows what this is may get mad as a hornet); and with a bubbly little HR girl insisting I sign an exit NDA while leaving for a new job, or they would [illegally] withhold my paycheck. I did not like some of the wording in the document and her answer of threatening my finances by illegally withholding my already earned money was all I needed to say I was threatened with financial duress. (She had quite the puzzled look at the BTOD above my signature, but didn't seem to have a clue.)
So thoughts on whether signing a bank NDA with B.T.O.D. above or over the top your signature, if they tell you they will block you from redeeming without that signature?
