ZWR Exchange Rates Not Seen

Please make note that the Zimbabwe currency has been issued in four different series to date. ZWD, ZWN, ZWR and ZWL. The ZWD shown in the posting on XE.com is the oldest series of Zim and it is a series with smaller notes (2, 5, 10, 20, 50, 100, 500, 1000 banknotes; bearer cheques 5,000 to 100,000). XE assumes it is the only series that might be traded.

Most of us have ZWR, which is the series with the high values, up to 100T. So, unless you have steamer trunks full of ZWD and truly believe that a free currency database, open to the public, would compel a bank to hand over millions of pounds, I would wait until this exchange becomes fully public.
