Hello! I have been reading this site for a few years now, and I hold some VND. You guys are doing a great job, but it would be helpful if someone explained to your readers about probabilities. I’m a TV meteorologist, and do weather forecasting for a living. A weather forecast, or an “intel” report on the RV, is not a statement of fact. It can not be, because we are talking about the future...something that has not happened yet! All you can do is give your opinion on the highest probability outcome. Here’s an easy way to explain it: You can pack your lunch of PB & J in the morning before work, and say: “There is a very good chance I’m going to have PB & J for lunch today”. However, there is always a chance someone could come along and offer to buy you pizza instead! Sometimes, a forecast just turns out to be pizza....take it from me.
