I just read a post thanking all the intel providers for information and intel about the bank 800 numbers which we await in order to set exchange appointments. Honestly, that word of thanks is deeply confusing to me. If a neighbor brings to me an empty grocery bag which I can't use, will I thank him? I agree that kind courtesy is important, but if the bag is empty, and I have no need of the bag, why would I offer thanks? Because my neighbor so much wants to "give something"?
I also appreciate the efforts of intel providers, but have we gotten to where we say "thank you" when what is offered brings false hope time after time? I would ask for a bit more discretion by the PROVIDERS - and I consider that highly reasonable.
