"Guru's Please Update" - Guest Post by SirenFire

Entry Submitted by SirenFire at 9:04 PM EDT on September 29, 2016

As most of us in Dinarland I have a mixture of different notes from Zim, to Dong and lastly Dinar. I have always felt like you needed to have a good mixture kind of like diversifying your investment portfolio just with as I call them the BIG3 Currencies to hold.

Over the years I have gone from Private banker to private banker and Investment banker to investment banker Including some very top level people (regionally that is) at Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Abbot Downing, Washington Mutual and several other banks searching for my own sources.

There have been a few confirmations from branch managers who have said that they thought the Dong was a great currency to hold. Knowing that I held all 3 I asked them why they felt that way and they commented and said that in their opinion it was the best of the 3. Knowing that the Zim is being treated as a sovereign bond I didn't argue with them I just saw that as confirmation that they knew more then they were telling me. Other People including at Wes Fargo would question why I wanted to purchase Dong from them and sometimes felt like I didn't need it if I wasn't traveling over to Vietnam. I always wondered why some tellers would give me the fifth degree before putting in my order. I also would order at one price and then when it came in have to pay a higher rate then what I was quoted.

Recently I went to one of the Wells Fargo banks in Virginia Beach and the teller quoted me a rate for the Dong quite a bit higher than it was previously. I immediately thought it had revalued and took out 10's of millions to trade in. I took out my calculator and said that can't be right...then showed her my calculations and she quickly replied that is correct. She looked at me with this confusion wondering if I really had everything I said I did and I pulled the money out ready to exchange and she looked at it and said "oh I mean the other Dong". I spoke to her and said there is only 1 Dong! I am confused. She then said oh I was talking about the Yen. There was no second Dong and she knew it. Being very observant I noticed that Several women employees were standing behind a second counter in the background watch everything as it unfolded and smiling and laughing in the background. I was so disappointed but for the tellers to screw around with me was really not cool.

To my original point if a guru or someone has a valid source it would be nice to be included in some of the more private calls. I get in the trenches every day trying to get new intel and find bankers who will provide some truth to everything. Please contact me and let me be apart of some of the more experienced calls.

Everyone of the private Bankers and Wealth managers has loved my philanthropic ideas but no one will talk to me about the RV stuff.

Thank you,
