I have read through the notes and I see you reference both. And I see everyone is excited about them, but I am afraid I don't understand the significance of these things and how it moves the RI/RV forward, and would like to. Thank you for all you do. Blessings.Bondservant888

fils are comparable to our small coins, similar to nickels, pennies etc, which will be needed for change after the RV..IMHO
Significant because it takes many fils to make one dinar…. its 1000 fils to the dinar...unless i am mistaken..

I believe the fills would be like our coins... Nickels, dimes, pennies, etc

No need for fils @ 1166 rate .... @ 1/1000 of a dinar , they are impractical for use
If IQD RI's @ say 1 IQD = 1 USD .... the fils could be used like we use coins in the US ...
So if they are issuing the fils now .... = (snoopy dance)
