Why Want & Worry Manifest Equally & What You Should Do About It
In Manifesting terms, Want and Worry are EXACTLY the SAME! That means that You are Manifesting not only what you Want, but also what you worry about (Don't Want) as well. It is easy to realize that this is a BIG PROBLEM. However, there is a very easy fix to immediately stop manifesting what you don’t want, and only manifest what you do want.
Before we continue, it would be advisable to re-read/review the post on Want vs. Need. Here is the Link:
The summation of that post was that only two things were required for manifestation to occur. I will include them here:
"What" You must know what you want. This is the "Target" of the manifestation. After all, without a "What" how would the Universe know what to manifest? Of Course.
"Why" It must have a reason "Why" you want it. This creates the Energy to manifest it, and sets the Priority Level of the Manifestation. After all, if it doesn't matter to you, why would it matter for the Universe to manifest it? Of Course.
"Expectation" You must expect it, indicating to the Universe that there are no blocks by you preventing it from manifesting. After all, if you don’t Expect it, why should the Universe produce it? Of Course...
No Manifesting Difference Between Want & Don't Want
Want is made up of two parts as mentioned before, "What" & "Why." Interestingly and importantly, Don't Want is made up of the VERY SAME parts "What" & "Why," which means they manifest in the same way. Let's look at a few examples to see how they have the same parts.
Want More Money; What = Have More Money, Why = To Buy more things you like.
Want Great Life; What = Have Great Life, Why = Because it is more fun and enjoyable.
Don't Want to be late for work; What = Be late for work, Why = Because you get in trouble if you are.
Don't Want to get Cancer; What = Get Cancer, Why = Because you could die
Since both Want and Don't Want, have the "What" and Whys," all either one needs to manifest is expectation. While we are going to explain this more below, the quick solution here is "Only EXPECT what you want, and Don't Expect what you don’t want."
The "Energy Level" (Priority) For/Of Manifestation
Wants and Don't Wants have "Energy Levels" which give them "Manifesting Priority" for the Universe. In short, the more it matters, the more it is important, the more "Whys" it has, the more energy it has for manifestation. We will compare them side by side for better understanding.
EVERY What with a Why "Tends" to Manifest
No matter whether it is Wanted or Not Wanted, even the slightest thought of it, lends expectation to the matter because, if there were truly NO EXPECTATION there would be no thought of it either. This is a good thing for all your Wants, but a bad thing for your Don't Wants.
Flip The Perspective; Change The What & Why
Now we know that no matter if you want it or don't want it, it has the same potential and tendency to manifest. So how can we Only manifest want we want and keep from manifesting what we don’t want? That is VERY EASY. Instead of thinking about what you are worried about and don’t want (What & Why), think about what you do want instead (What & Why).
Since every manifestation in the Universe came from a What and a Why, whether it was wanted or not, means that we MUST have a What and a Why. That means from now on, and forever more, think only of "whats and whys" that you do want and none that you don't want. It takes a little practice but EVERY Don’t want can be changed/converted to a Do Want.
I don't want to be broke (For all reasons why)
Becomes: I Do Want to be prosperous (For all reasons why)
I don't want Cancer/to be sick (For all reasons why)
Becomes: I Do want to be in good health/well (For all reasons why)
I don't want be late to work (For all reasons why)
Becomes: I Do want to be on time (For all reasons why)
Remember that just because you don’t want something doesn't/won't keep it from happening/manifesting anyway. You must do the work to keep your thoughts on what you want instead.
In short, keep your eye and mind on what you do want, with expectations that you will get it, if not now, soon enough. EVERY time you "Catch" yourself thinking about what you don't want, immediately change it to what you DO Want. Your emotions will help you with this because thoughts of what you don’t want feel bad, sad, and worrisome, while thoughts of what you do want, feel good and even exciting.
