Orteurr the Supreme Judicial Council, on Thursday, the formation of the Court of First Instance specialized investment issues to resolve disputes arising out of it.

Said the official spokesman for the judiciary Judge Abdul Sattar Bayraktar said in a statement, said that ' the Supreme Judicial Council during its last meeting decided to set up a specialized court initially investment issues'.

The statement added that 'this Court would solve arising from investment and related disputes', pointing out that 'be based in each region appellate center'.

The Supreme Judicial Council decided to form specialized investment issues First Instance Court, to resolve disputes arising out of it.

The judge said Abdul Sattar Bayrakdar spokesman for the judiciary told Nun news reporting that "the Supreme Judicial Council during its last meeting decided to form specialized investment issues the Court of First Instance."


Bayraktar added that "this court would solve arising from investment and related disputes," pointing out that "to be based in each region appellate center."
